E-Prima: An Electronic Presence Mobile App for DIY Regional Government ASNs
The E-Prima application is designed by the Yogyakarta Special Region Civil Service Agency (BKD DIY) to make it easier for DIY Regional Government ASNs to conduct online presence. This app is intended for ASN within the DIY local government and provides an easy-to-use platform for online presence management. The app authenticates the user using an account along with the IMEI and sends it to the presence server managed by BKD. It also tracks the user's location in real-time to ensure the location of the ASN when making presence or viewing the latest location data. Users can turn off the location tracker when not using the E-Prima application for presence. The owner and developer of this application, BKD DIY, can use the data for further research and development, including problem-solving, data analysis, and service improvement. The privacy policy ensures that the user's personal data will only be used for the purposes specified by this application and will not be shared with third parties, except for emergency or disaster situations.
